Maternal Fetal Medicine at Bellevue Woman’s Center
Having a high-risk or complicated pregnancy can be scary. The Maternal Fetal Medicine team at Bellevue understands this and works to ease these feelings by connecting you to the care, services, and support you need to best care for you and your baby.
Led by Dr. Franz Margono, the MFM team at Bellevue provides women with high-risk pregnancies a higher level of care for complex medical and fetal conditions to help create healthier pregnancies.

Maternal Fetal Medicine Services
From basic anatomy ultrasounds to fetal echocardiogram, fetal MRI, and 3D/4D ultrasound, Bellevue provides advanced, comprehensive maternal care to meet all your needs.
Ultrasound Services
First Trimester Screening for:
- Down Syndrome (Nuchal Translucency)
- Non-invasive Prenatal Testing (NPT)
Diagnostic And Antenatal Testing

Our team works closely with neonatologists, pediatricians and other specialists to provide a higher standard of care for complex maternal and fetal conditions. Bellevue is also proud to offer a Level II Special Care Nursery, one of only three in northeastern New York, that provides specialized care for infants over 30 weeks gestation in need of non-surgical medical intervention and care.
